1. Publisher and acceptance
Roselle is published and operated by Efe Boran Berber. By downloading or using the app, you accept these terms of use. If you do not accept them, do not use the app. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. Accepting these terms does not give permission for optional AI photo processing or website analytics; those choices are presented separately before the relevant processing.
The Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies together with these Roselle terms. These terms do not replace Apple’s license agreement.
2. The service
Roselle provides step-by-step makeup tutorials with product notes, techniques and a fixed face illustration. Premium users can create illustrated guides from their own references in AI Studio. Roselle does not provide medical, dermatological or professional health advice.
3. Age and acceptable use
Roselle is intended for people aged 13 and above. You must have legal capacity to use digital services where you live or obtain the required parent or guardian’s consent.
You must not:
- Use the service unlawfully, harmfully, abusively or in violation of another person’s rights.
- Upload photos or content you do not have permission to submit for processing.
- Bypass Premium, quota, security or access restrictions.
- Make unauthorized copies of the app, catalog or infrastructure, or disrupt the service.
- Use Studio to identify a person or infer sensitive personal traits.
4. Free and Premium access
- Free users can complete 10 different catalog looks and reopen completed tutorials.
- A new tutorial beyond that allowance requires Premium.
- Premium provides unlimited catalog completions and 10 AI Studio guides per UTC calendar month.
- Unused AI allowance does not roll over. AI Studio requires Sign in with Apple.
Available plans, local prices, currency and applicable taxes are shown in the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm a purchase.
5. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation
This website does not accept payments. Purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically under the conditions shown in Apple’s purchase sheet unless you cancel in your Apple account settings. “Restore Purchases” checks eligible existing Premium access for your Apple account.

6. Refunds
Apple handles App Store billing and refund eligibility. Request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. References and AI-generated guides
You must own your submitted references or have permission for their processing. Rights in a photograph remain with its rights holder. You grant Roselle the limited processing permission needed to create your requested guide, protect the service and safely retry the same request.
AI-generated guides may contain mistakes and may not be accurate, complete, original or suitable for a particular purpose. Assess products against your skin type, allergies and manufacturer instructions. Stop use if irritation occurs and seek appropriate professional advice when needed.
8. Intellectual property
The Roselle brand, app icon, interface, fixed face system, software and original Roselle content belong to Efe Boran Berber or their respective rights holders. Third-party names, brands and images belong to their rights holders. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement of Roselle.
9. Availability
Loading the catalog requires an internet connection. Offline access is limited to previously downloaded looks. Maintenance, networks, external services or App Store conditions may interrupt availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of a particular item, AI model or feature.
10. Ending access and deleting your account
Access may be restricted for serious or repeated violations, security protection or legal obligations. You can delete your Roselle account and linked records through Profile → Delete Account. Deleting an account does not cancel an App Store subscription; cancel it separately through Apple.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is.” Liability for indirect loss, external service interruptions, submitted content and decisions based on AI output is limited only to the extent the law permits. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
12. Applicable law and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, subject to mandatory consumer protections and legally competent courts or authorities. Apple’s applicable conditions remain in force. We update the revision date when terms change and communicate material changes through an appropriate channel.
